Welcome to Legulie (Legulie Designs). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Legulie Designs, an independent design brand based in Denmark.

Legulie Designs operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country to use our Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to present products accurately. However:

  • colours may vary depending on your screen settings

  • silk and silk-wool products are delicate natural materials

  • small variations may occur due to small-batch production

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted only once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Once an order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK].

Products are intended for personal use and not for resale without permission.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are shown in the currency listed on the website.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices exclude shipping costs
  • non-EU orders may incur import duties or taxes

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Denmark.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including designs, patterns, images, branding, text and graphics are the intellectual property of Legulie Designs and protected under EU and international copyright laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Legulie Designs.

Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or disputes between you and Legulie Designs.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, some data may be processed by Shopify and its partners in order to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use such content for business purposes without obligation to compensate you.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if necessary.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Legulie Designs against claims arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

These Terms together with our policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Legulie Designs.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
