Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Because Legulie is a small independent brand, each order is packed individually with care. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped from Denmark.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:
- Denmark: 40 DKK
- European Union and Switzerland: 50 DKK
Estimated Delivery Times
- Denmark: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU: approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch
- Switzerland: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, customs procedures, or seasonal delays.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.
Orders shipped outside the EU, including Switzerland, may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees determined by local customs authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Legulie is not responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect addresses
- unclaimed parcels
- additional shipping costs due to reshipment
If a package is returned due to delivery failure, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
