Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- free from perfume, makeup, stains, or signs of wear
- with original tags attached
- carefully folded and returned in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Because our products are delicate silk textiles, items that are damaged due to improper handling or return packaging cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- sale items
- gift cards
- custom or personalised products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
